Covid *** Return Policy

Purchase a pair of Urbanista headphones while passing through the Tampa Airport. Was concerned about the return policy because of the cost of the product and that I live in another city, but the sales person assured me no problem, just reach out to parent company HudsonGroup and they would take care of it. After using them for a few hours, I found them uncomfortable (small ear space) and noisy with any outdoor breeze. Reached out for a refund and they said that because of Covid, sales are final on head phones and other products. This is a rip-off policy as Covids no longer a concern. NO major retailer has such a return policy for headphones. These guys are knowingly ripping off customers with the excuse of Covid!

User's recommendation: Dont ever purchase from Hudson Group or the brands they serve. You can’t trust their sales people and know that anything you buy from this company can’t be returned.

Merchandise does not work

Hudson Group - Merchandise does not work
Purchased 2 Orbit devices at iStore in MidWay airport. Got devices home and they do not work. Tried requesting refund through return site and get message that sever is not responding. What other options is there?

I bought a Briggs and Riley bag in DFW on my way back to Tampa. I wasn't aware that Brookstone was now owned by Hudson Group. I asked the clerk about a return and she said no problem...just get in touch with Hudson/Dufry./ Horrible experience. I started on the day after I returned 10/31/22 and have yet to receive an answer on how to return it on 11/11/22. I will never buy anything more than a bottle water from Hudson/Brookstone airport stores again. Buyer Beware

Same type of issue here! The sales representative said no problem on returns for a pair of headphones ($160) I purchased.

After a couple days, decided they are not for me so I contacted their customer service. They used Covid as an excuse! Its 2023!

*** excuse to rip off customers! Airports should not be allowing this company as a vendor!

Overcharge

On 10/28/2022, I purchased a tee shirt from Hudson St1337 at the Charleston International Airport. I have the receipt for $29.24 but my Visa statement shows $50.92. I believe this was an oversight on the clerk's part. Please make the necessary correction.
